With reference to your letter No. $416/31 dated 18th April, 1946, I should be glad to know if any decision has yet been made on the subject of return passages of members of the Hong Kong Electric Company's Staff.

I raise the point now because I have just received a Bill from the British Overseas Airways for a passage of one of the Company's staff who returned to Hong Kong by Air.
